Chinglish – a project inspired by the lovely mash-up of Chinese and English on signs throughout my travels in China
Humans of XISU – a project inspired by HONY. I asked my freshman and sophomores from Spring 2014 to answer questions and be photographed, thus introducing the beings that comprise Xi’an International Studies University. This project may expand into Humans of Xi’an with a few students doing the interviewing, photographing, and submitting, giving them a chance to hone their translating and interpreting skills.
